At Information Services (IS) we are committed to providing students, staff and external customers with the best possible services focussed on the support of learning, teaching and technology that we can offer.
We also believe in giving clear information about each of the services we provide, as well as the standards that we aim to achieve.
In this section you can read about our various services, how and when they can be accessed, if charges apply, and the standards we strive to meet.
Each year we publish details of the service levels we have achieved over the previous 12 months. By analysing all the data we collect we can assess if we have met our Key Performance Indicators.
