OneDrive for Business

OneDrive for Business is a file storage system with online editing for Microsoft Office documents and is part of Microsoft Office365. Staffordshire University provide staff and students access to Microsoft Office365 with their university accounts

OneDrive for Business can be utilised in many different ways. It can be used as a simple store for documents, by mobile workers as a way to access files from any location on any device, or as a collaboration tool to share and jointly work on documents.

Signing in

To access OneDrive, sign in by going to:

http://www.staffs.ac.uk/onedrive/

If you are on campus, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome should sign you in automatically.  When off-site or using other browsers, please sign in with your University username and password.

Your username should be entered in the format:

Staff should enter their username as staff\username (e.g. staff\abc1), then enter your normal University password in the password box.

Students should enter their username as student\username (e.g. student\a123456y), then enter your normal University password in the password box. Alternatively, you can enter your full University email address as your username (e.g. a123456y@student.staffs.ac.uk), and then your normal University password in the password box.
