We provide full support and help with finding information for your subject or any Library or IT queries you may have.
Make the most of us while you're here and we'll do our best to help you - whatever your information or learning needs are.
From 1st July 2009, we are launching our 24/7 IS Service Desk. This service will provide telephone support for IT and library enquiries at all times of the day or night, over weekends and during bank holidays.
Distance Learning students should contact the Student Support Desks at the Thompson Library, Stoke or the Octagon, Stafford.
Our Helpdesk staff provide friendly advice and assistance to students on the use of Library and IT facilities. If you prefer to ask for help in person, visit one of our Library Help Desks or Student IT Help Desks during staffed opening hours.
We also run IT Clinics - Drop-In IT Help and Advice for Students throughout the year. These free drop-in sessions, are designed to help you get to grips with IT and answer any IT related questions.
