All Information Services computers have Microsoft Office, email and Internet, eLearning, and course related software for use by all students and staff. We also have specialist software for students with sight or Dyslexia problems.

During normal term time, student computer facilities are available weekdays and weekends. Many days have extended opening until 3am.

We provide and manage general access student computer facilities in the libraries and three main learning centres. All student IT Learning Centres and Libraries are fully accessible by wheelchair users.

- Email - About Email at University
The email software used on all PCs within the University is Microsoft Outlook. Apple Macs use Microsoft Entourage. You are expected to use your University Email Account for University related messages.

We provide full support and help with any queries you may have when using the University's computers and common software packages, and we'll do our best to help with queries on more specialised packages.

We offer a range of free user guides to help you with using software, email and the internet. The Library also stocks books and guides for using software.
