<p><em>The Horizon Fund enabled me to showcase my third year project at the New Designers Exhibition in London. The funding helped towards resources such as paints for my model and printing costs for my exhibition boards. The remainder of the funding covered my travel expenses and without this I doubt it would have been possible to attend. The Horizon fund played a crucial part in enabling myself to connect with industry professionals and helped me secure my first job within weeks of the show. I am extremely grateful that such a fund exists as it enriched my passion for pursuing a career in the design industry.</em></p>

<p>In order to support students who want to enter into the nursing profession, and address the shortage of adult nurses in the UK, we have introduced a bursary for all students who enrol onto our Nursing Practice (Adult) course in September 2024.</p>
<p>Each student will receive a £500 bursary per year of study. Once enrolled on the course, you will automatically receive the payment in<strong> two instalments of £250</strong>, meaning there's no application process to go through.</p>
<p>As this is a bursary, and not a loan, you won't have to pay it back.</p> |

The loan can cover a wide range of postgraduate study options - part-time, full-time and distance learning. However, postgraduate certificates (PgCerts), postgraduate diplomas (PgDips) and PhD courses are excluded if you live in England or Wales.</p>
<p>You can apply for a postgraduate loan if you are:</p>

<li>Studying a taught or research Masters course such as an MA, MSc or MBA</li>
<li>Under 60 years old at the start of your course</li>
<li>Ordinarily resident in England or Wales, or an EU national</li>
