The Digital Transformation course taught by Qusay Al-Maatouk brought to light a lot of the actions we had taken to make technology work for our customers, especially during the Covid lockdown. But additionally, it gave us a vision for new pathways of working and leveraging the digital world which we had not known about beforehand. Now, armed with this knowledge and practical how-to, we are better equipped to help businesses move into the future with innovative ways of working which will improve their efficiency, communication, time to market and overall effectiveness.
