Overview

An entrepreneur is mostly seen and perceived as an innovator. In this masterclass, you will learn how to be creative and generate new ideas for business ventures and also learn about the quality of leadership and how to unify like-minded individuals to gain maximum benefit.

This session will cover:

  • Understanding entrepreneurship
  • Understanding the function of the entrepreneur in the successful, commercial application of innovations
  • Recognition of an entrepreneurial business idea
  • Identifying personal attributes that enable the best use of entrepreneurial opportunities
  • Exploring entrepreneurial leadership and management style
  • Understanding how to set up a business
