We are delighted to announce the Third Performance Psychology Conference at Staffordshire University will take place on Wednesday 3rd October 2018.

Building on the success of the past two years this one-day event will again bring together expert practitioners, who will outline their evidence-based practical strategies for maximising human performance across high-performance settings.

Interactive Workshops:

  • Dr Jeff Breckon – “Motivational Interviewing: Conversations About Change in Sport and Exercise"

  • Dr Tim Pitt – “Under the Spotlight: Flexing Your Style as a Practitioner”

  • Steve Eaton – “Managing Trauma in High Performance Teams”

These workshops will run in parallel, and will be repeated on three occasions, so that you have the opportunity to attend all three workshops.

Lightning Talks

We are excited to introduce ‘Lightning Talks’ to this year’s programme. Here practitioners will take five minutes to share and engage delegates on a topic related to performance psychology.
