Higher Education Achievement Record

HEAR transcripts are now available

Students who have completed their studies are eligible to receive a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) from Staffordshire University. You should have received an email from GradIntel with instructions on how to register.

You will not only get a free electronic record of your academic transcript, achievements and programme information, but any additional Students’ Union, ResLife or Ambassadorial roles you may have had will be included. Some Unitemps work experience will also be included.

You can build your HEAR over the course of your studies by checking it year on year.

What is HEAR?

The Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) provides a single comprehensive record of your achievement. It is a digital transcript you can access once you have completed your studies.

The HEAR is designed to be shared securely with others, for example with a potential employer or other higher education institution. It will fully capture your academic performance and a range of non-academic achievements, enhancing your employability.

It is an extended academic transcript and will contain detailed information about your learning and achievements and along with your degree certificate will support applications for employment and further study.

Whois eligable for the HEAR?

All undergraduate students completing a programme on campus will be eligible for an electronic HEAR transcript as will be some of our distance learners.

How can HEAR be accessed?

Staffordshire University is working in partnership with GradIntel to produce the HEAR and eligible students will receive a registration email from GradIntel. If you are eligible, you will need to complete the registration with GradIntel in order to access your HEAR.
