University hosts launch of the Matrix Fitness Grand Prix Series

April 10, 2014: Staffordshire University will host the launch of the five-event women’s Matrix Fitness Grand Prix Series, (formerly the Johnson Health Tech GP Series), the opening round of which will take place in Stoke-on-Trent on Tuesday 13th May.

Stoke-on-Trent based business Johnson Health Tech will continue their support of the leading televised women’s cycle race Series, under the new title of the Matrix Fitness Grand Prix Series.

The launch will also see a sponsorship announcement about the involvement of the Matrix Fitness brand in the new Women’s Tour, international stage race, which takes place from 7-11 May in the East Midlands and East Anglia, and the extension of their support of women’s cycling.

The event will also mark the launch of the men’s Pearl Izumi Tour Series, which returns to Stoke-on-Trent for a sixth year on Tuesday. 13th May.
