I am the Course Leader for the Professional Policing degree. 

I have a background in Police Operational Training. I worked in various roles within Staffordshire Police. I was Divisional Manager of the Stoke Division, then moved to resource and rewards at Headquarters before I decided to embark on my passion for teaching. I became an Operational Police Trainer in 2008.  I taught various courses to Officers of all ranks, as well as teaching the Initial learning programme to new recruits.  I joined the university In 2017. In 2021 I gained my Masters in Education.
