After a career in Banking and Consultancy, I began my career in higher education some twenty-five years ago. I have taught in higher education institutions in Australia, Malaysia and the U.K. I have been involved in teaching abroad for the University's franchised international partners in China and Malaysia and has also been involved in several international recruitment activities, international partnership advisor roles for APU Kuala Lumpur, DISTED in Penang Malaysia and NYUS, Macedonia, international teaching programmes and exhibitions held in both Europe and Asia. I joined the Business School at Staffordshire University as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing and I was a valuable member of the Course Management team for the Postgraduate programmes. I was the Course Leader for the FT MBA from 2009-2015. I was also co-leading the Consultancy on the MBA International which involves taking MBA students on their International Residential to Europe.
I am currently in teaching several exciting modules on our new MSc in Digital Marketing Management, MSc in International Business Management and the MBA. I also teach New Media Marketing in Tourism & Events, Services and Relationship Marketing, Tourist Destinations, Leisure & Culture, Entrepreneurial Marketing and Global Marketing in Action on the Undergraduate programmes.
