Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in commercial radio as a Presenter and Programme Manager. He’s presented a variety of daytime shows including Breakfast. His role as a Programme Manager involved the development of new and existing on-air talent and implementing strategies to build brand awareness and listenership. Gavin has produced and presented a number of podcasts and radio documentaries. He continues to present for a number of commercial radio stations across the country.

Whilst producing and presenting Gavin has developed a career in teaching at Further and Higher Education level. Gavin not only delivers sessions in Radio Production & Podcasting at Staffordshire University but has been lecturing to BA Media Production students at one of the largest FE colleges in the UK, Nottingham College and worked with offenders at HMP Nottingham delivering courses in Radio Production. Recently HMP Nottingham won a National Prison Radio Award.

Gavin supports students in the running of the University's radio station OMG, which for the last two years has won Gold at the Student Radio Awards.
