Staffordshire Business School

Following a successful career in Sales Management and then having set up and ran my own business I returned to university as a mature student and undertook an HND in Business and Finance followed by a Degree in Economics. This allowed me to draw on my industrial experience within my teaching.

In 2021 I completed my Masters in Educational Leadership before embarking on my PHD.

During my academic career I have managed Business School in both FE and HE.

My experience is diverse in terms of teaching and learning and have delivered to corporate clients in the areas of leadership and management and HRM and to full time undergraduates on Business and Marketing courses

I recently managed a successful ERASMUS+ project `Silver workers` developing training to support older people into self-employment.
