Jane Pallister

P/T Lecturer (Hrly)-Account Fin Econ

School of Justice, Security and Sustainability

I lecture part time and run my own business consultancy and training company. I have worked with thousands of businesses, predominantly in the West Midlands, running business improvement projects and courses. I have worked with businesses at all stages from high growth start-ups to mature multi-million pound turnover organisations. I developed the member skills base core skills for the former Institute of Business Advisers, and co-wrote and delivered a business start up programme for eBay, who wanted their sellers to have a formal training base if they were to progress onto a business footing.

My earlier years were in government equipment engineering, then in media where I had a long career in radio marketing and sales, working with BRMB Radio Group, Capital Radio Group and GWR.
