I have worked in a variety of acute and community NHS Trusts within the Black Country region.
My clinical roles have included working in general, community and specialist ophthalmic nursing, and subsequently I was appointed to manage the Clinical Governance team at Wolverhampton PCT developing several key agendas which included Patient Safety, Statutory Compliance, Incident Investigation, Risk Management and Being Open with Patients.

I have also worked within Mental Health and Learning Disability Trusts where my role incorporated Clinical Governance, Patient Experience, Quality and Health and Safety.

Research interests

As part of MPH dissertation worked with Universities of Wolverhampton and Keele, Clinical Pharmacy Teams to undertake a qualitative study of Service Users experiences of Healthy Living Pharmacies (HLP)
