I have worked in a variety of acute and community NHS Trusts within the Black Country region.
My clinical roles have included working in general, community and specialist ophthalmic nursing, and subsequently I was appointed to manage the Clinical Governance team at Wolverhampton PCT developing several key agendas which included Patient Safety, Statutory Compliance, Incident Investigation, Risk Management and Being Open with Patients.
I have also worked within Mental Health and Learning Disability Trusts where my role incorporated Clinical Governance, Patient Experience, Quality and Health and Safety.
