I am a passionate advocate for the development of arts and culture.
Determined to improve the quality and access to the arts for all young people.
A champion for students and teachers alike, my leadership and commitment
to arts and cultural education is of paramount importance to me.

I develop course materials for Art and Design subject specific sessions; delivering Art and Design lectures. I shortlist and interview potential trainees; observing and mentoring PGCE trainees whilst communicating and liaising with mentors in schools. I monitor the progress of trainees and support trainees in their studies and teaching through marking assignments and 1:1 tutorial session. I am a personal tutor also for trainees in mixed subject groups as well as be the lead for marketing and recruitment events at Staffordshire University for the Secondary PGCE courses.
