Terms and conditions

1. All presentations must be submitted for consideration and shortlisting in the required digital format by 23:00 UK Time on 13 January 2022.
2. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by 10:00 UK Time on 18 January 2022, at the discretion of Staffordshire University, to negotiate presentation delivery.
3. Presentation delivery will be negotiated by Staffordshire University within the allocated delivery schedule.
4. Presentation delivery schedule runs from 09:00 UK Time 26 January 2022 to 14:00 UK Time 26 January 2022.
5. Winners will be announced after 14:00 26 January 2022.
6. All presentations must be submitted via email to r.hudson@staffs.ac.uk.
7. The required digital format for all submission entries is: Microsoft PowerPoint (versions 2016-2021 .ppt or .pptx).
8. An team of individuals up to a maximum of five members are limited to one entry within the competition.
9. All entries will be judged by a panel of Staffordshire University members, who will award prizes at their discretion.
10. All prizes are awarded as single Amazon vouchers, redeemable at www.amazon.com.
11. Prize breakdowns are as follows:

• 1^st - £300 Amazon Gift Card
• 2^nd - £150 Amazon Gift Card
• 3^rd - £50 Amazon Gift Card

12. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. Staffordshire University retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
