The Student Inclusion Team, can provide information and support to students on areas including but not limited to:
- Disability support (e.g. DSA)
- Diagnostic assessment
- Student Inclusion Recommendations
The team is made up of Student Inclusion Advisors, Student Inclusion Assistants and a Student Inclusion Administrator.
Please note our office hours are Monday - Thursday from 9.00am -5.00pm and Friday 9.00am -4.30pm.
Student Inclusion Advisor Appointments
Appointments can take place in the Trent Building on the Leek Road in Stoke, via telephone or Microsoft Teams. Appointments are available every weekday, however, please note that demand for appointments can be particularly high at the start of the academic year and assessment time. Keep visiting the appointment bookings page to check availability.
London Campus Students - Students who are studying at the London campus can book an appointment with a Student Inclusion Advisor. Appointments are available via telephone or Microsoft Teams. Select the campus to see availability.

From the Monday 1st April to 30th April, 1:1 drop in sessions are available:
- Tuesday 9th, 9:30am - 12:30pm (Stoke campus) in room S325, Mellor Building, College Road, Stoke.
- Wednesday 10th, 1pm - 4pm (Stoke campus) in Room CA214, Catalyst Building, Leek Road, Stoke.
- Tuesday 16th, 9:30am - 12:30pm (Stoke campus) in room S325, Mellor Building, , College Road, Stoke.
- Wednesday 17th, 1pm - 4pm (Stoke campus) in Room CA215, Catalyst Building, Leek Road, Stoke.
- Tuesday 23rd, 9:30am - 12:30pm (Stoke campus) in room S325, Mellor Building, College Road, Stoke.
- Wednesday 24th, 1pm - 4pm (Stoke campus) in Room CA215, Catalyst Building, Leek Road, Stoke.
- Tuesday 30th, 9:30am - 12:30pm (Stoke campus) in room S325, Mellor Building, College Road, Stoke.
- Friday, 9:30am - 12:30pm (Stafford campus) in room CH056, Blackheath Lane, Stafford.
Please note: there are limited slots available so these will be given on a first come, first served basis - students will need to sign up against a booking slot at the relevant location, on the day. Additional dates will be added to meet demand.
