- Trans-Staffordshire is a grassroots organization to bring the Trans community of Staffordshire and Stoke together providing several safe and confidential spaces which will provide opportunities for Trans people to meet socially, provide support and offer peer advice for trans people navigating the legal and medical obstacle course surrounding transition.
- Disability Solutions - support for disabled people who are LGBT
National support
- Beaumont Society - promotes better understanding of, and provides support for, all members of the transgendered community
- Gender Advisory Bureau - transgender awareness training services
- Gender Network - Information and support on trans and gender issues
- GIRES (Gender Identity Research and Education Society) - information for trans people, their families and the professionals who care for them
- Press for Change - campaigning for respect and equality for all transpeople
- Sparkle - Annual transgender event held in July in Manchester
- Imaan - LGBTQI Muslim support group
- CACH (Chase Against Crimes of Hate)
- Victim Support - national body giving free and confidential help to victims of crime
- Tcrime (GIRES) GIRES - transphobic crime can be reported confidentially, anonymously and by a third party
- NUS LGBT+ (National Union of Students) – Dedicated to proactively fighting for LGBT+ rights, ensuring that all identities are respected, challenging LGBT+ racism, ableism, sexism, etc.
