Being connected to other people plays an important role in maintaining good mental health. Positive relationships provide emotional support, help reduce feelings of loneliness, and make it easier to cope with stress. Having strong social connections can also improve self-esteem, encourage healthier behaviours, and give people a greater sense of purpose and belonging.

Whether they are online or face-to-face, communities offer supportive environments where individuals can share their thoughts, receive encouragement, and feel accepted by others.
