The Student Life (Advice) team is made up of Student Advisors who specialise in student inclusion needs. We also work with sessional Assessors.

The Student Life (Advice) team can be contacted via the University's Solve Portal. Solve is the main way to reach the team for support. Please use the Solve Portal - https://solve.staffs.ac.uk/portal for any enquiries, including booking an appointment with the team.

Advisor Appointments
If you need to speak to Student Advisor, you will need to book an appointment. Appointments generally take place via Telephone or Microsoft Teams but you can also request a face to face appointment.
Important: If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule by using the booking confirmation. This will allow students waiting for appointments to book sooner.
