The Accommodation Code of Conduct (PDF, 235KB) outlines the standard of conduct the University expects of its residents so that everyone can live in a comfortable, safe, clean and supportive environment.
The University provide a Common Charges List which outlines indicative costs for the repair or replacement of items damaged by residents, excluding fair wear and tear. These charges help ensure transparency and consistency in how damage-related costs are managed across our residences.
Please note that the Common Charges List is currently under review and being updated for the 2025–2026 academic year. The revised list will be published once finalised.
