How to contact the team
We offer appointments in-person at Stoke, Stafford and London campus, online via Microsoft Teams, and over the telephone.
You will need to choose whether you would like an in-person appointment or an online/telephone appointment, and choose the service that best describes your query:
General Advice: Please select this service if you need advice on Exceptional Circumstances, Appeals, or Academic Regulations.
Inclusion Advice: Please select this service if you need advice on a Student Inclusion Plan (SIP), queries regarding Disabled Students Allowance (DSA), exam adjustments or Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)/Risk Assessments (RAs)
International Advice: Please select this service if you need advice on visa conditions (including working), visa extensions, work placements or course transfer/break in studies/withdrawal as a visa holder.
