Any student who is required to repeat a year of study will be informed through their most recent students results profile and they are required to agree to their personalised Learning Contract. The Learning Contract is to ensure the student is aware of the support available and has access to this support. The Student Support & Experience Team (Money & Guidance) will be inviting students to attend Learning Contract workshops, three times during the new academic year, to offer support, advice and guidance to the student where required.

Alternatively, students can book an appointment (appointments will take place in the Trent Building, Leek Road, Stoke or via Microsoft Teams) available every Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon.
