Prior to lecturing, Paul has over 25 years’ experience in various consultancies, including major consultancies, in the UK, France, Germany and USA. This includes training 10,000’s in performance management, project management to PRINCE2 standards, process management, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and EFQM Quality Management. He is a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
Paul is a Trustee of Approach Staffordshire, and supports the local charities 6 Towns Radio and North Staffs TV.
