Stress workshops:

There are a maximum of 10 places for this workshop.

The Wellbeing Team will be hosting a workshop on stress, focusing specifically exam stress. For the upcoming exams and assessments. Together we will explore stress that comes with exams and assessments, as well as tips to consider when managing your own wellbeing.

You can now watch our exam stress workshop which we recorded earlier in the year.

The North Staffs Mind 'BE EXCELLENT TO EACH OTHER' group runs on the Stoke Leek Road Campus in the Ashley 1 Building every Wednesday evening from 6pm-8pm. It is a men's only group run by two qualified BACP counsellors, Shane and Jason, that aims to tackle men's mental health. Men can be reluctant seek out formal support, they are prone to social isolation and the statistics for male suicides are very frightening. The group is open to all men aged 18+. It’s free to attend, there are no referrals and no waiting lists. Find out more at NorthStaffsMind.

CHANGES continue to offer a variety of workshops and groups online at Changeshere4U.

TOGETHERALL offers a range of resources and support, including online courses that you can work through at your own pace. You can find these at Togetherall, which is available to all Staffordshire University students.
