Reasons to choose us for Apprenticeships
We are powering the future of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, a new work-based route to higher education. Designed by employers and universities, they offer on-the-job training alongside a qualification, opening doors to a range of careers. We work with a number of business partners including the NHS and Perkins, helping them to develop their workforce and shape the future of the business.
Our Expert Team
We have a team of experts who can guide your business through the process of developing apprentices. The team is led by Sarah Tudor, an expert in Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, influencing central government policy, leading an apprenticeship trailblazer and helping businesses understand the apprenticeship levy. Through their knowledge of business and workforce development, the team will help your business to get the most from Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, developing a highly-skilled workforce.
If you are looking to study an apprenticeship then think of it as a win-win situation. You'll not only gain a qualification but earn a salary and have a great learning experience. In return, the company you work for get a fully-qualified member of staff who knows the business inside out.
4 things you need to know
about the Apprenticeship Levy
1Mark it on your calendars, because as of April 2017 the way our government funds apprenticeships in England will change when the Apprenticeship Levy is introduced.
2If your organisation operates in the UK and has a payroll over £3 million each year, you'll be legally required to invest in apprenticeships via the Levy.
3The Levy will be charged at a rate of 0.5% of your annual pay bill. You will have a £15,000 allowance and the government will top up your account with a 10% bonus.
4You can use the funds in your digital account to pay for apprenticeships at all levels to develop your current workforce and attract new talent.

The way the government funds apprenticeships is changing and this will impact your business whether you are a non-levy or levy payer.
If you are looking for answers to your burning questions about these changes, then our expert apprenticeship team can give you all the information you need; all we need is 30 minutes of your time. Just long enough to give you the Higher and Degree Apprenticeship masterclass and help you to get your business 'ready for the levy'.
