UK partner institution fees

Partner institutions set their own fees for full-time students studying for a Foundation Degree or HND.

You'll then have the option to top-up to a full Bachelor's degree with just one year's further study. The new entrant fee rate for the relevant course will apply to students progressing to Staffordshire University from a partner institution.

Part-time students

The fee paid by a part-time student is broadly equal to that paid by a full-time student. So whether you choose part-time or full-time study, you'll pay broadly the same amount. When studied part time, the duration of the course and the amount of fees you'll pay each year depends on the speed at which you wish to progress through it. This is called the 'intensity of study' and measures how much of your course you complete each year compared to an equivalent full-time course. Part-time students studying at 25% or more course intensity will also have access to a loan to cover the cost of their tuition. The amount you can borrow will depend on the proportion of a full-time course that is studied each year.

EU students

The UK government has confirmed that EU students entering in the 2018/19 academic year are guaranteed the same fee rate as UK students. They have also guaranteed access to student finance for the duration of their course. This guarantee applies even if the UK were to leave the European Union prior to completion of the degree. At the time of writing this guarantee has not yet been extended to those students starting in 2019/20. If you are a prospective EU student interested in joining Staffordshire in 2019, we advise you to regularly check the web resources below:
