Before this I was a Performance Analyst, Root Cause Analyst, Customer Service Coach and Customer Service Advisor. In my currently role I make sure we are adhering to the ESFA Funding rules - checking applications, qualifications, processing breaks, returns and withdrawals with the correct evidence, making sure reviews are taking place and finally ending training and claiming Apprenticeship certificates.Away from work I am Chair of Trustees at Park Wrekin Gymnastics Club, where I also hold various roles - Welfare Officer, Coach, Judge, Receptionist and Fundraiser. In addition I am Secretary for teams at Newcastle Town FC.
