Hanyang International Summer School (HISS) is one of Korea’s leading summer programs. Every year, around 2000 students spend 4 weeks at one of Korea’s leading private universities. HISS offers world-class education combined with a variety of unique cultural experiences. HISS is available as a 4 or 6 week programme.
Placements - voluntary internships (4 weeks) are available in several subject sectors (fee applies).
Summer School - 6 week programme starts on 17th June 2024. The first two weeks focus on cultural exchange and include two overnight trips. The following part of the programme is formed of daily 3 hour lectures (5 days per week) and cultural activities/tours.
Summer School - 4 week programme starts on 1st July 2024 and comprises of daily 3 hour lectures (5 days per week) and cultural activities/tours.
Volunteer internships - the internship program offered by HISS is a packaged program consists of a 4-week internship (28 days, of which 20 are working days) and 2 one-day trips. Internships are offered in the subject areas of: -
- Bio-Science
- Business/Finance
- Creative Arts
- Creative Media
- Healthcare
All internships are offered in English.
