Staffordshire University Travel Reimbursement Scheme

Staffordshire University is committed to supporting students attending Open Days and Offer Holder Days and we want to make it as easy as possible to experience Staffordshire University at any of our campuses.

If you are travelling to an Open Day or Offer Holder Day, we’ll pay money towards your travel costs after the event. The amount paid will depend on your distance travelled to the event. This will be calculated using the RAC route planner. We encourage you to utilise this tool to check your miles travelled prior to submitting your form. Appropriate checks to support processing will be taken by the university

How it works

The amount awarded will be based on the shortest route from the registered home postcode on your Open Day or Offer Holder Day booking form to one of our campuses, depending on the event you attended.

  • Stoke-on-Trent, Leek Road campus, ST4 2DF

  • Stafford, Blackheath Lane campus, ST18 0YG

  • London, Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, E20 3BS
