Staffordshire University are Consortium partners of Appetite, an Arts Council England, Creative People and Places Funded project in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. Staffordshire university worked as evaluators of Appetite between 2013 and 2019. The evaluation of Appetite was built on the foundation of Get Talking which helped to involve audiences in the evaluation through the development of creative and artistic consultation tools. The approach also helped to shape Appetite's Supper Club, their community decision making group which is still embedded at the heart of Appetite over 10 years later.
