In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, Staffordshire University are offering two international scholarships – one to applicants from China, and one to applicants from Malaysia – each to the value of £10,000. This scholarship is open to passport-holding citizens of China and Malaysia applying for a postgraduate taught programme of study at Staffordshire University. Staffordshire University alumni who graduated in the past two academic years receive a 25% reduction in their tuition fees. An early payment discount of £500 is applicable to students who pay their full fees before or at enrolment.

Your deposit is your commitment to study at Staffordshire University and is usually non-refundable. Full terms and conditions can be found in our international deposit refund policy. If you require a Tier 4 visa, we won’t be able to start processing your CAS until your deposit has been received and cleared by our bank. Please note that this can take 3-5 working days after the date of payment.
IMPORTANT: If you send a payment directly to the University, please include your full name and your reference number with the payment. Unidentified payments cannot be credited to your account.

On arrival at the University, you’ll need to pay 50% of your annual tuition fee (this includes any payments already received i.e. £3,500 deposit) before you can enrol on your course. Please be aware that it can take a couple of weeks to open a UK bank account because of security checks, so you should make sure that you have access to the appropriate funds on arrival at the University.

You can make payments through our secure online payment portal.
You’ll be asked for your reference number to verify your identity. After enrolment, when paying the balance of your fees, you can use your student number or an invoice number to prove your identity.
Your fees include International Welcome Week activities and a free bedding pack with duvet and sheets if you are going into our student accommodation. On arrival you’ll also be set up with your email account and can make full use of our IT and library facilities.
