Want to become a music producer? We’ll teach you all the essential skills with help from songwriters and live performers.

Lecturers on our Music Production degree work in the industry themselves and will guide you through composing, recording, mixing and mastering music for commercial release. You’ll have access to five fully equipped recording studios and four live rooms.

We also offer a degree in Sound Design, which is perfect for students interested in creating sound and music for film, games, TV or drama. You’ll learn how to prepare all aspects of a soundtrack – from dialogue and ambience to sound effects.

Additionally, students on our music and sound degrees will have the opportunity to work alongside those throughout our Creative Industries Department. We prepare students for careers through storytelling, sense-making, and collaboration. You’ll work on diverse projects and develop the confidence to work across disciplines.

It’s the perfect platform for your creative ambitions.
