You will have been provided with a username and password to access the University’s IT network and email before you start your employment with the University. Your manager will have arranged for you to be provided with the IT equipment you will require for your role.
The Service Desk in Digital Services is your first point of contact for IT related problems and queries. The service desk can be contacted either by email email@example.com or by telephone 01785 353 800. There are also service desks located in the following locations
- Thompson Library/Cadman Building, Stoke Campus
- Brindley building, Stoke Campus
- Blackheath Lane Library and IT Centre, Stafford Campus
