My current role within the IoP calls on a number of my skills, allowing my continued professional development and facilitating my career ambitions.

I started my career as a professional cleaner at the age of 17, covering the Midlands region with my then area manager. I did this for a few years whilst working other retail jobs alongside before obtaining a Business Administration Apprenticeship at Staffordshire University.

I joined Staffordshire University at the age of 21, working within the Faculty of Business, Education and Law where I achieved apprentice of the year in 2013. Upon completing my apprenticeship in 2014, I moved into HR & OD in an administrative capacity. Further developing my career, I moved into compliance and office administration within a recruitment agency.

Seeking a new challenge, I moved industries to work with a repairs and maintenance company as a Business Development Executive. My main responsibilities were to re-establish relationships with old accounts, lead generation and conversion of new clients.
