I have held Senior Leadership roles in Human Resources for over 20 years and have extensive experience of leading teams responsible for Learning & Development, Talent, Resourcing and Engagement. I have a MSc in Strategic Leadership & Change and have led significant programmes on business improvement and organisational change.

I have recently joined the University and in my role as lecturer am able to share both my industry experience and enjoy my passion of developing and mentoring others in their business and career progression.
