I previously worked on the UK Recruitment Team at Staffordshire University for three years, account managing key contacts, and designing and delivering recruitment and outreach activities to schools and colleges across the UK.  I also have four years experience as a guitar teacher, delivering lessons to children and adults.  Prior to working at the university, I had eight years experience in account management and business change management in the insurance industry.

Enterprise and commercial interests

As part of the Institute of Policing, I work in partnership with regional police forces to deliver the Police Education and Qualifications Framework (PEQF).  The PEQF outlines the qualifications required of all new police officers and is integral to the recruitment process of our partners.  The programmes that we onboard represented 750 students enrolled at Staffordshire university between June 2019 – June 2020
