Digital technology has proven as the key enabler for transforming healthcare services worldwide including the NHS over the last few decades. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, IoT, Robotics and other advanced technologies have been playing a pivotal role in this transformation. The ‘NHS Long Term Plan’ has been established to provide more efficient care in every care setting across acute, community, primary and mental health. ‘NHS Digital’ aims to redesign and re-organise the health and care system in the UK to provide the best possible services and health outcomes. Yet there are many challenges to be tackled.
During this webinar, our expert will discuss several case studies delivered with the NHS to demonstrate the power of analytical tools, future challenges and obstacles towards digitisation and the current role and future aspiration of Staffordshire University towards developing a better healthcare system in the UK.
