Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) are offering Staffordshire University Bio-Science students an opportunity to spend time working on-placement in their university research laboratories.
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is a leading university in the field of Science, Engineering, and Technology in Surabaya, Indonesia. ITS offers a global academic curriculum which attracts high number of international students. Several programs are designed for international students to study at ITS and experience the tropical atmosphere of living in Indonesia.
Surabaya is known as the “City of Heroes” and offers a student-friendly environment. As the second biggest city in Indonesia, Surabaya is the centre of East Java Province – a great location for exploring Indonesia.

Costs
You will need to travel to Surabaya, Indonesia.
Expect to apply for a Visa to allow entry into Indonesia and your placement/internship work.
You will need accommodation (you could travel as a group of Staffordshire students and share an apartment close to the University).
Prices for food and local travel are much cheaper than in the United Kingdom.
