Associate Professor Alke Groppel-Wegener takes us on a magical adventure from the pages of a book to fully immersive lands. Her presentation will demonstrate how far we’ve come since the opening of Disneyland more than 60 years ago and some of the fantastical ways in which audiences can now consider stories they are familiar with in the context of real-world experiences.
