Keynote speaker Matthew Slater, Associate Professor of Sport and Exercise Psychology will deliver a talk on Creating Togetherness: The psychology of high performing teams. Matthew will explain how a high-performance culture switches the thinking from “me and I” to “we and us”, and how creating a sense of togetherness is the key ingredient for high performing teams.
