Emma Spencer

Recruitment Development Officer

Health, Education, Policing and Sciences

I began working at Staffordshire University in 2017, supporting all aspects of student recruitment for our courses in the School of Justice Security and Sustainability.

In 2022, I progressed to my current position within the Institute of Policing, where I work with our partner forces to recruit police officers onto the degree apprenticeship and degree holder entry programmes. I support student officers through the application process and I also develop and deliver initiatives to aid recruitment and widening participation.
