Juliet Oosthuysen

Independent Governor

Juliet holds a degree in French and Portuguese from Manchester University and began her career at Barclays International before joining The Boots Company, where she qualified with the CIPD. She later moved into marketing leadership at Boots Healthcare International, contributing to the global strategy for the Nurofen brand.

Juliet has held leadership roles at Omega Pharma, Alliance Boots, sk:n Dermatology, and Mitchells & Butlers, leading the repositioning and growth of brands including No7, Soltan, TCP, Botanics, O’Neill’s, and Miller & Carter in both UK and international markets.

As Brand Director at Central Co-op, she led the marketing, internal and external communications functions through the COVID-19 pandemic, developed a new brand identity and purpose, and co-authored the Board-approved four-year strategy.

She is currently Consultant Partner at IMA Global and lives at home with her husband, two daughters and beloved cocker spaniel.
