Kieron Chadwick

Digital, Tech, Innovation & Business

As a first generation university attendee, Kieron credits higher and degree-level apprenticeships for widening participation to allow him to obtain a BA (Hons) in Business Management as a mature student. He went on to complete an MSc in Management with Human Resources, before completing a doctorate-level equivalent CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership, alongside a host of other practitioner qualifications. Kieron is a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and a Fellow (FHEA) of AdvanceHE. In August 2022, Kieron self-published his first book "Intrapreneurship: A Guide For Stakeholders", available on Amazon. Kieron's background is apprenticeships. He has worked in a number of capacities within independent training providers, including as an Assessor/Coach, Internal Quality Assurer, External Quality Assurer, End-Point Assessment (EPA) Manager, and Head of Work-Based Learning. As a keen advocate, Kieron has completed four apprenticeships of his own, the latest being the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), and is about to embark on his fifth - the Academic Professional Apprenticeship (APA).
