I have worked as a pathway coordinator creating pathways for the perinatal mental health service and teenage perinatal mental health, working with GP’s Service users' health visitors and the mental health team.

As a result of my interest in mental health and wellbeing I have published a wellbeing workbook for health care workers and completed a master’s in psychology. My research interests are supporting women with miscarriage, paternal mental health and birth trauma. I have qualifications in project development and a PGCE.

My previous roles include working on a cruise ship and as project manager for a game reserve in South Africa.
