Interdisciplinary Design Senior Lecturer for the BA(Hons) Automotive & Transport Design course (ATD) and the Product, Furniture, Ceramics (PFC) courses at University of Staffordshire. I am also the course leader for the Foundation Year in Art & Design.

I have over 20 years’ experience as a designer for many well-known brands, in particular working for 10 years at Michelin Tyre Plc as a Product Development Manager for their global licensing division. I have also designed luxury homewares and accessories for Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Jeff Banks, Pringle of Scotland, the Oneida Group, & Aspreys of London.

I also work as a freelance design consultant offering a range of services in product design, graphic design, product development and brand licensing. In my spare time I am a semi-professional artist working oils and acrylics covering landscapes and portraiture, I'm currently represented by two galleries in London.
