Renzo Palmisano

Lecturer

Digital, Tech, Innovation & Business

I am a Lecturer in Games Design with over a decade of experience spanning both the technical and theoretical dimensions of the field. I specialise in environmental design, specifically how real time lighting and atmosphere are used to drive visual storytelling.

I bring a practical, industry first approach to my teaching, focusing on technical implementation and visual impact. My primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry ready practice. This approach was recognised in 2024 when I was awarded 'Most Inspiring Course Leader' by Game Republic.
