Recruitment event feedback promotional terms and conditions

To be eligible for a chance to win a prize, you must have registered for one of our on-campus Open Day or Offer Holder Day events, and completed the feedback form linked in your post-event email for an event taking place between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

Please ensure you have entered the same email address that you used to register for the event as part of your feedback submission.

1. The winner of the £50 Amazon Giftcard will be selected via a random selection process and contacted via email within 30 days of the date of the draw. Failure to reply to this email within 14 days will mean that another random selection will take place to determine a new winner.

2. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value.

3. All prizes are limited to one per person.

4. University of Staffordshire reserve the right, at any time, to make amendments or cancel this competition.

Online enrolment prize draw terms terms and conditions

To be eligible for a chance to win a prize, you must be an new entrant on-campus student and have completed online enrolment by midnight on Monday 2 September 2024. 

1. The winners of the prizes will be selected via a random selection process and contacted via email within 30 days of the date of the draw. Failure to reply to this email within 14 days will mean that another random selection will take place to determine a new winner. 

2. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value. 

3. All prizes are limited to one prize-winner per item. 

4. University of Staffordshire reserve the right, at any time, to make amendments or cancel this competition. 

Recruitment event free lunch terms and conditions

• You must attend your registered event to receive the free lunch
• This offer is only valid until 2pm on the date of your registered event
• The lunch will be from one of the university outlets available on the day and set at the maximum price stated on the voucher
• Our food is produced in an environment where nuts are used.  We will provide allergen information regarding the 14 allergens outlined by Food Standards Agency
• You must show this email at registration to receive your voucher
• This offer is only valid for one open day
• The voucher will be provided for 1 student and one accompanying guest
